2026 AFL-CIO MLK Civil & Human Rights Conference

From January 15-18, 2026 Pride At Work members gathered with over 1,000 union siblings from across the country for the annual AFL-CIO Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Civil and Human Rights Conference in Baltimore, MD.

Together we skilled up to meet the moment with workshops, panels, wisdom from labor and civil rights leaders, and a massive Nonviolent Civil Resistance Training. From the Pullman Sleeping Cars, to Stonewall, to Selma, to all of our unions- we know that the power of everyday people joining together and protecting each other is how we win freedom for us all!
