Victory: MN Supreme Court affirms trans people belong!

Pride At Work is proud to have submitted an amicus brief in solidarity with athlete JayCee Cooper in her case against USA Powerlifting. The Minnesota Supreme Court recently ruled on the case, affirming that trans people deserve equal access to opportunities and spaces where they can thrive and belong!

Cases like this are often used to set precedent with broader implications, including in employment, healthcare and education, making it vital for organizations like Pride At Work to take a stand in support of trans people in all facets of our lives.

Across our races, backgrounds, and genders, we want to be treated with dignity and respect. And with this ruling, we take one more step towards all of us having the freedom to be our true selves.
