Pride at Work Convention COVID-19 Policy

Adopted by the Pride at Work National Executive Board, July 29, 2022

TESTING

All attendees are required to check their status with a COVID-19 rapid test at registration and again on Friday, August 19. Two test kits will be provided at no cost. A negative test result is required to receive your credentials. All attendees will be required to test again on Friday, August 19. We encourage you to test at home 24-48 hours before departure, as well.

Do NOT come to the convention hall if you test positive for COVID-19, feel ill, or experience any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

If at any time during the convention you test positive for COVID-19, we ask that you report that to Pride at Work staff.

VACCINATIONS

The COVID-19 vaccine is the best protection from severe illness or death. Pride at Work encourages all attendees to our convention to be vaccinated and boosted. 

MASKS

Masks are strongly encouraged any time you are not actively eating or drinking. Disposable masks will be available for attendees.
